Alison Gray Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for our client in East Belfast for Process Operatives to join their team.

Rate of Pay: £13.63 per hour

Hours of work (Rotating):

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 7am - 7pm
  • Week 2: Thursday, Friday & Saturday 7am - 7pm

Main tasks of Job:

  • Operating Line Clearance prior to processing and product
  • Identify orders for processing
  • Preparing product for the machines by removing board waste from around cartons and discarding the waste appropriately
  • Packing / Strapping product ensuring correct identification of work
  • Maintain data for SFDC as and when required
  • Completion of relevant documentation including Pallet Identification Labels
  • Work in conjunction with the Team Leader to ensure all tooling efficiencies are achieved and adhered to
  • To assist in Departmental Training needs
  • Reporting any hygiene or environmental incidents to Department Manager
  • Compliance with all relevant procedures relating to Hygiene, Pharmaceutical, Quality, Chain of Custody, Environmental and any other Standards that the company may wish to introduce plus Health & Safety regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment and completing associated documentation
  • Performing other duties deemed necessary by Department Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the department

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Methodical approach with the ability to work of own initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime
