Alison Gray Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established company for an Export Administrator to join their growing team in East Belfast!

Pay: £15.76 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm

Your New Day to Day:

  • Despatches goods to the Domestic (NI, ROI and GB) and Export markets as and when required.
  • Flexible approach to suit operations in terms of hours of work and including weekend cover as required.
  • Daily physical stocks, recording and notification for adjustments required.
  • Weekly stock reports preparation and communication.
  • Monthly physical stock counts.
  • Daily reporting and communication of data to the appropriate persons, escalating where appropriate.
  • Support in the administration of Task Based Risk Assessments and Standard Operating Procedures and other H&S administration.
  • Help in all aspects of the administration of HMRC paperwork, compliance, and procedures.
  • Materials and Inbound goods support in the administration of booking on inbound goods.
  • Support to the team by providing holiday cover to the despatch team.
  • Support in the running, administration and recording of the meeting and its outcomes.

What You Can Bring:

  • Good IT / keyboard skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft products e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Clear communicator and able to advise and give instructions to others.
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of their role.
  • Regular weekend work and early morning will be required.
  • Experience in a logistics background is beneficial.
