Our client based in Duncrue are seeking Driver Helpers to join their team. You will help collect recycling bins and waste.

Hours: Monday - Friday starting at 5:30am (44 hour week)

Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour + overtime rate paid at 1.5

Responsibilities:

  • To provide assistance to the Driver at all times
  • Obtain all necessary documentation for the daily runs to ensure efficient operation of the business activities
  • Check customer routing for the daily runs, prioritising workloads to ensure all customer commitments are achieved
  • Due to the physical nature of the role, you will be required to collect and move commercial containers
  • Ensure all electronic paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure Health & Safety adherence at all times
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Experience:

  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence (Max 6 penalty points)
  • Good Geographical knowledge of NI
  • Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in dealing with customers and members of the public
  • Ability to work well with others / Team Player
  • Must be able to apply Manual Handling techniques
  • Flexible approach to working hours to include weekends
