Our client based in Duncrue are seeking Driver Helpers to join their team. You will help collect recycling bins and waste.
Hours: Monday - Friday starting at 5:30am (44 hour week)
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour, overtime rate paid at 1.5
Responsibilities:
- To provide assistance to the Driver at all times
- Obtain all necessary documentation for the daily runs to ensure efficient operation of the business activities
- Check customer routing for the daily runs, prioritising workloads to ensure all customer commitments are achieved
- Due to the physical nature of the role, you will be required to collect and move commercial containers
- Ensure all electronic paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Ensure Health & Safety adherence at all times
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Experience:
- Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence (Max 6 penalty points)
- Good Geographical knowledge of NI
- Good Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience in dealing with customers and members of the public
- Ability to work well with others / Team Player
- Must be able to apply Manual Handling techniques
- Flexible approach to working hours to include weekends and Bank Holidays
