Field Sales Executive for a Field Sales marketing Agency – Global Drinks Brand client – My client is proud to announce their national field marketing partnership with a Global Drinks brand. They’re now looking for talented Field Sales Executives to join their growing team and deliver exceptional in-store execution across multiple UK territories. This role offers the chance to be the face of a global drinks brand in your territory, building retailer relationships, driving product visibility, and ensuring this world-class portfolio stands out in every store you visit. About the role As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll visit a variety of retailers in your defined territory each day, representing the Brand’s premium portfolio. You’ll build strong working relationships with key decision makers, identify in-store opportunities, and drive sales through excellent merchandising, promotional execution, and brand advocacy. Your Key Responsibilities * Build and develop relationships with store managers and key decision makers in your territory. * Actively merchandise the brand’s products, ensuring prime shelf placement and promotional compliance. * Negotiate additional shelf space and identify opportunities for secondary displays. * Increase product distribution, visibility, and availability. * Provide actionable market feedback to your internal team. * Use sales data and insights to drive in-store activity. * Complete all reporting and administration promptly and accurately. About You * As this is a driving role visiting numerous retail stores in a defined territory each day, you must have a full driving licence and use of your own vehicle. * To support work-life balance, you should live within — or be able to easily travel within — the territory listed above. * Previous experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG is beneficial but not essential. * Strong relationship-building skills, with a professional and proactive approach. * Self-motivated, organised, and results focused.
