Customer Success Manager / Account Manager Field Marketing Services Agency – working with a Global Brand Salary c£40,000 (flexible for the right candidate to £50,000) + 10% bonus & 6k Car allowance My client is proud to announce that they have won a national field marketing contract with a leading global brand, home to some of the world’s most loved food brands. They are now searching for an experienced account lead to take ownership of this new client partnership and build a brand new high performing team from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a prestigious account from day one, following a transition from the great work from the previous agency. My client will be recruiting an entirely fresh field team giving you opportunity to the shape performance standards from the start. About the role As Customer Success Manager, you will lead the strategic, commercial, and operational delivery of the account. This role goes beyond client management, it’s about shaping executional excellence, driving value, and enabling one of the world’s most iconic FMCG portfolios to shine in store. Your Key Responsibilities * Lead and execute a strategic vision that amplifies performance, value, and results for the client. * Serve as the senior account lead, building trusted, high level client relationships. * Use commercial insight and field marketing experience to shape delivery, spot opportunities, and drive growth. * Manage a field team to deliver KPIs and service excellence, backed by data and insight. * Take full responsibility for performance reporting, financial planning, and operational effectiveness. * Identify and secure added value opportunities that grow the account’s commercial potential. You Bring the Experience. To thrive in this role, you must have held a managerial role within field marketing or FMCG. You will need to bring: * Proven commercial acumen balancing performance, satisfaction, and profitability. * Field-first experience, you know what retail brilliance looks like and how to make it happen. * A confident, client facing leadership style, relationship led, and results focused. * Strategic thinking paired with sharp executional awareness. * A deep understanding of FMCG and premium retail environments, ideally including alcohol or lifestyle brands. Location & Requirements This is a home-based role with national travel as needed. You must have a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle. Regular travel to the client’s West London office will be required, you can be based anywhere in England as long as you are happy to make this commute when required.
