Core Purpose: As part of the leadership team, this role will be accountable for leading and driving the agency business plan for 2025 and beyond, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth. Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the marketing services industry; demonstrating a track record of driving business growth and client success.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with at least 3 years in developing and implementing successful business plans.
Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Strong background in client relationship management, with experience in enhancing client performance and satisfaction; along with proven financial management and contract negotiation.
Familiarity with P+L management enabling data-driven decision-making for business revenue and cost management.
