Core Purpose: As part of the leadership team, this role will be accountable for leading and driving the agency business plan for 2025 and beyond, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth. This exceptional leader will drive the company mission in the market, lead the agency culture, our product proposition, cultivate team growth, and enhance client performance to achieve demonstrable outcomes.

- Lead the implementation of the business plan for 2025 and beyond.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the marketing services industry; demonstrating a track record of driving business growth and client success. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution, with at least 3 years in developing and implementing successful business plans. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse and cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Strong background in client relationship management, with experience in enhancing client performance and satisfaction; along with proven financial management and contract negotiation. Familiarity with P+L management enabling data-driven decision-making for business revenue and cost management.
