Collaborate closely with the salon team to consistently deliver and uphold an exceptional standard of client service. Inspire, mentor, and develop team members through performance reviews, coaching sessions, and regular team meetings to drive continuous improvement. Lead sales initiatives and manage daily shop operations while overseeing and supporting a team of Beauty Therapists and hairdressers. Address client complaints swiftly and confidentially, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance departmental profitability and implement improvements where feasible. Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open and effective communication within the team. Implement ongoing skills development programs and actively participate in departmental training sessions to ensure up-to-date expertise. Oversee and enforce Health and Safety compliance to maintain a secure working environment.
