Link Recruitment are looking for a handful of AssocRICS Building Surveyors to survey rail assets across London; stations, depots, warehouses, lineside buildings, escalators, equipment rooms etc.
The role will involve:
- Collecting information on an iPad
- Assessing the condition of the internal and external elements of each station
- Identifying building defects, diagnosing causes, and specifying remedies
- Ensuring the buildings meet current building regulation standards
All Building Surveyors should be AssocRICS. Rail experience would be beneficial but not essential.
