ALink Recruitment are partnering with a leading engineering consultancy who are delivering a large programme of external roof condition surveys across London rail stations. We are looking for 7–10 Building Surveyors to join the team.
You’ll be producing condition reports from external roof inspections that have already been carried out so strong IT/report-writing skills are important. Experience surveying external roofs and/or AssocRICS accreditation would be advantageous, but not essential.
Although the work is rail-related, previous rail experience is not required.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in building surveying or roof condition surveying
- Confident report-writing and IT skills
- Ability to work independently on site
- AssocRICS (desirable, not mandatory)
