ALink Recruitment are partnering with a leading engineering consultancy who are delivering a large programme of external roof condition surveys across London rail stations. We are looking for 7-10 Building Surveyors to join the team.

You will be producing condition reports from external roof inspections that have already been carried out, so strong IT and report-writing skills are important. Experience surveying external roofs and/or AssocRICS accreditation would be advantageous, but not essential. Although the work is rail-related, previous rail experience is not required.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in building surveying or roof condition surveying
  • Confident report-writing and IT skills
  • Ability to work independently on site
  • AssocRICS (desirable, not mandatory)
