Overview

No two days are the same in a Carer role based in Cheshunt. You will travel around Cheshunt and surrounding areas to support clients with a range of daily needs.

Responsibilities

  • Companionship – keeping clients happy
  • Personal hygiene support – help with washing and dressing
  • Medication – reminders and collecting prescriptions
  • Meal preparation – assistance at mealtimes
  • Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying
  • Errands – shopping and running other errands
  • Mobility – help with getting around

Qualifications

  • Caring and positive attitude
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Previous Care Assistant skills are helpful but not required – attention to detail, good organisation and verbal communication are valued
  • No prior professional qualifications required; training will be provided through our Alina Homecare Academy
  • Contract and Hours

All Carer positions are permanent and offer flexible contract options, including guaranteed hours. You can choose full‑time or part‑time working hours.
