Overview
No two days are the same in a Carer role based in Cheshunt. You will travel around Cheshunt and surrounding areas to support clients with a range of daily needs.
Responsibilities
- Companionship – keeping clients happy
- Personal hygiene support – help with washing and dressing
- Medication – reminders and collecting prescriptions
- Meal preparation – assistance at mealtimes
- Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying
- Errands – shopping and running other errands
- Mobility – help with getting around
Qualifications
- Caring and positive attitude
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
- Previous Care Assistant skills are helpful but not required – attention to detail, good organisation and verbal communication are valued
- No prior professional qualifications required; training will be provided through our Alina Homecare Academy
