Job Opportunity: Start Up Branch of Domiciliary Homecare

Salary: Very Competitive Salary

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Working Hours: Full Time

What you'll be doing...

  • Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
  • Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
  • Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
  • Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
  • Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
  • Representing the company with external stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Leading the senior management team

Location: Southend-on-Sea, SS1 1QH

Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, On-call responsibility
