As a Registered Manager, you’re responsible for Alina Homecare's services in your local area and developing your Team.

Contract type: Permanent & Full time

Central Support - Experienced colleagues make up Team Alina! When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Alina Homecare Academy and our experienced Teams will support you every step of the way.

All roles are subject to proof of eligibility to work in the UK, satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.

What you'll be doing...

  • Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
  • Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
  • Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
  • Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
  • Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
  • Representing the company with external stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Leading the senior management team

What you'll need...

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
  • In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience
  • Excellent leadership and change management skills
  • Ability to build effective external relationships
  • Full UK driving licence

Location: Ipswich, IP1 1PN

Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, On-call responsibility
