As a Registered Manager, you’re responsible for Alina Homecare's services in your local area and developing your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Business growth – optimising all enquiries as they arrive.
- Team management – encouraging, supporting, and overseeing your team’s development.
- Brand reputation – upholding our high quality care reputation.
- Reporting – tracking your team’s continuous success.
- Upholding standards – strict adherence to CQC, Local Authority, and internal standards.

- Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
- Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Lead the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
- Strategic planning and business development.
- Manage all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
- Ensure robust governance, audit, and quality systems.
- Lead on safeguarding and serious incident management.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- NVQ Level 5 or willingness to work towards this.
- Domiciliary home care management experience.
- A passion for providing quality care and support.
- A dedicated and professional approach to work.
- Respectful and encouraging leadership skills.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
- Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
- In‑depth knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and CQC regulations.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
- Excellent leadership and change management skills.
- Ability to build effective external relationships.
Location: Northampton, NN1 2DG
Hours: Full‑time, typically Monday to Friday. Flexibility required including some evenings and weekends as needed. On‑call responsibility.
