You’ll need:
- A driving licence & access to a vehicle.
- NVQ Level 5 or studying/willing to work towards this.
- Domiciliary home care management experience.
- A passion for providing quality care & support.

What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
- Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
- Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating.
- Strategic planning and business development.
- Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility.
- Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
- Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management.
- Representing the company with external stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Leading the senior management team.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
- Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
- Excellent leadership and change management skills.
- Ability to build effective external relationships.
- Full UK driving licence.
Location: Malvern Wells, WR14 4HB
Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, on-call responsibility.
