We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our growing team in Chobham. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

- Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance
- Supporting with medication prompts and administration
