You’ll need:

  • A driving licence & access to a vehicle
  • NVQ Level 5 or studying/willing to work towards this
  • Domiciliary home care management experience
  • A passion for providing quality care & support
  • A dedicated & professional approach to work
  • Respectful & encouraging leadership skills

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
  • Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
  • Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
  • Strategic planning and business development
  • Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
  • Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
  • Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
  • Representing the company with external stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Leading the senior management team

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
  • In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience
  • Excellent leadership and change management skills
  • Ability to build effective external relationships
  • Full UK driving licence

Location: Kidlington, OX5 2BP

Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, on-call responsibility.
