Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating schedules – preparing rotas and communicating with staff, clients and families.

  • Upholding reputation – handling complaints and taking action.
  • Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face, good company and participating in out‑of‑hours on‑call.
  • Leadership – inducting new starters and assessing team training.
