Responsibilities

  • Lead the branch to achieve and maintain an Outstanding CQC rating.
  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service and take full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies, optimising enquiries and marketing.
  • Manage and develop the team, encouraging, supporting, and overseeing their professional growth.
  • Maintain the brand reputation, upholding the high-quality care reputation of Alina Homecare.
  • Track and report on the team’s continuous success, ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems.
  • Uphold strict adherence to CQC, Local Authority and internal standards, safeguarding and serious incident management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures, and lead the senior management team.
  • Represent the company to external stakeholders and maintain effective external relationships.
  • Manage all aspects of the branch including profit and loss responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • NVQ Level 5 in health and social care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.
  • Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice.
  • Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
  • Excellent leadership, change management and respectful/encouraging leadership skills.
  • Dedicated and professional approach to work.
  • Ability to build effective external relationships.

Location: Epsom, KT19 8DR
