We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our growing team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing...
- Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance
- Supporting with medication prompts and administration
- Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with eating and drinking
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
- Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
