We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our growing team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and dignity while ensuring their safety and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing...

  • Providing personal care including washing, dressing and toileting assistance
  • Supporting with medication prompts and administration
  • Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with eating and drinking
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Light housekeeping and laundry duties
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or wellbeing
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
  • Working closely with families and healthcare professionals
