As a Registered Manager, you’re responsible for Alina Homecare's services in your local area and for developing your team. Responsibilities- Oversee business growth and optimise all enquiries as they arrive.
- Lead, support and develop your teams, ensuring their performance and professional development.
- Uphold brand reputation by maintaining high quality care and strong client relations.
- Track and report on team performance and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strict adherence to CQC, local authority and internal standards.
- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with clients and their families.

- Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care.

- Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience.
