What you'll be doing...

  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
  • Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
  • Lead the branch to achieve and maintain an Outstanding CQC rating

  • Manage all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
  • Ensure robust governance, audit and quality systems
  • Lead on safeguarding and serious incident management

Location: Bedford, MK40 1PE

Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday. Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed. On-call responsibility.
