- Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
- Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
- Lead the branch to achieve and maintain an Outstanding CQC rating

- Ensure robust governance, audit and quality systems

Hours: Full-time, typically Monday to Friday. Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed. On-call responsibility.
