As a Registered Manager, you’re responsible for Alina Homecare's services in your local area and developing your team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
- Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance
- Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating
- Strategic planning and business development
- Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility
- Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems
- Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management
- Representing the company with external stakeholders
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Leading the senior management team
You’ll need:
- A driving licence & access to a vehicle
- NVQ Level 5 or studying/willing to work towards this
- Domiciliary home care management experience
- A passion for providing quality care & support
- A dedicated & professional approach to work
- Respectful & encouraging leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience
- Excellent leadership and change management skills
- Ability to build effective external relationships
