You’ll be working alongside a talented team and reporting directly to the Senior HSEQ Manager – UK, with the opportunity to shape and enhance our Integrated Business Management System (IBMS). This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with variety, challenge, and immense reward.

Location: Rushden facility, with regular travel to customer sites across the UK, including construction sites, high-rise buildings, ports, power stations, wind farms, and more. This is a full-time, office-based role. There may be opportunities to visit our manufacturing plants in Sweden and Spain.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the Way in HSEQ:
- Drive continuous improvement with our operational teams in support of our positive HSEQ culture.
- Support and continuously improve our Integrated Business Management System certified to BS EN ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001.
- Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance and excellence in safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Complete regular internal audits and maintain meticulous records.
- Investigate product non-conformities and support the Snr HSEQ Manager in managing the warranty process with our sister manufacturing companies in the global group.
On-Site HSEQ Leadership:
- Conduct site inspections and audits across a variety of high-profile and critical infrastructure projects.
- Travel across the UK to ensure our teams are operating safely and effectively, while promoting best practices on-site.
Drive Innovation and Change:
- Lead the charge in risk assessments, COSHH evaluations, and safe systems of work.
- Support accident/incident investigations and help drive continuous improvement across all areas of HSEQ.
- Facilitate and implement HSEQ Construction Phase Plans for new projects in line with CDM Regulations 2015.
Empower & Educate:
- Deliver HSEQ training, warm-ups, and new starter inductions to ensure our workforce is fully equipped to work safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice on HSEQ matters to management and teams at all levels.

Competencies & Qualifications:-
Essential:
NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher).
Internal Auditor Qualification (BSI, IRCA): 14001/18001/45001.
Professional understanding of UK legislation and standards.
Experience of ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 and Integrated Management Systems.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to travel and stay away from home occasionally.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office 365, Sharepoint etc.
Preferred:
Minimum of 5 years experience working within a HSEQ function
Engineering background and qualifications: Heavy plant and machinery.
Construction industry experience.
Quality Management qualification(s).
Environmental Management qualification(s).
Auditor qualification(s) (45001 / 9001 / 14001).
Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, CQI
SSSTS / SMSTS qualification.
COSHH Assessor qualification.
CCNSG / CSCS Card.
