We’re recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a specialist business working with premium high-end leather products. This role offers the perfect blend of office administration and warehouse support, ideal if you enjoy moving between different environments and taking ownership of your daily workload.

What you will be doing:
- Managing inboxes, prioritising daily tasks and workload planning
- Creating picks and labels for customer orders
- Supporting order picking, packing and fulfilment when needed
- Carrying out stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Checking invoices and paperwork for accuracy
- Helping to create and improve processes and working instructions
- Supporting general warehouse administration and coordination
What we need from you:
- Experience in warehouse admin, operations, or fulfilment roles
- Confident use of email, IT systems, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- DBS check is needed for this role
