Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Counterbalance Driver to join their busy warehouse team. This is a hands‑on role supporting inbound stock control, inventory accuracy and warehouse operations. If you’re organised, computer literate, and take pride in accuracy, we’d love to hear from you.

Working Hours:
- 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday
- Initial training period of 2-3 weeks, working 08:00 – 16:30
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently to load, unload and move stock around the warehouse
- Transporting pallets and goods between warehouse locations and designated storage areas
- Supporting goods‑in activities, including checking deliveries and storing stock correctly
- Carrying out daily FLT checks and reporting any defects or safety concerns
- Using warehouse systems to update stock movements and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhering to all health & safety procedures and maintaining high housekeeping standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous
- Counterbalance B1 licence
- A Basic DBS check will be required
