Our client in Gloucester is looking for warehouse operatives on an ongoing basis. This opportunity has the potential to go permanent after 12 weeks.

The role will start immediately.

Duties include:

  1. Picking products in a set environment for online orders and direct-to-store orders.
  2. Unloading containers of goods to be palletised and stored in racking.
  3. Using a hand scanner to complete orders.
  4. Applying appropriate packaging to minimize the risk of damage.
  5. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience.
  • Safety shoes and hi-viz clothing are required.

Hours of Work:

Working 12-hour shifts from 08:00 to 20:00. The rota alternates weekly:

  • Week 1 (4 on, 3 off): Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday (Off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
  • Week 2 (3 on, 4 off): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday).

You will rotate working these schedules weekly following the pattern above.
