Sales Manager – Telecommunications & Data Networks, Based near Swindon, Wiltshire £40,000 to £45,000 Basic (approx. £770 to £865 per week based on 40 hours) + uncapped OTE

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Team growth & leadership: Expand the internal sales team from 3 to 5 or 6 staff, recruiting top talent with data networking expertise. In addition, support the field based sales team as required.
- Performance management: Drive sales performance through coaching, pipeline reviews, and KPI tracking
- New business development: Identify and close new business opportunities to increase market share
