Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified van driver candidates using ATS tools
- Hold recruitment days at a variety of locations including Swansea, Cardiff and Gloucester
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews and assessments
- Build and maintain strong internal and candidate relationships
- Manage social media channels to promote vacancies
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure compliance with UK employment law
Requirements
- Recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in transportation/logistics
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building
- Social media recruitment experience is advantageous
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
- A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
