Our client in Middleton, Manchester are looking for HGV Class 1 Night Drivers. This position is based on a temp-perm basis with 5 nights per week. For the right candidate this will lead to a permanent contract. We have driving assessments available immediately.
Duties:
- Store Deliveries (3-5 stores per night)
- Delivering cages to locked stores (Full training is provided!)
- Night trunk runs (1-2 per shift dependent on location)
- Driving in a safe, responsible manner on behalf of the client you are representing
- Ensuring all paperwork and documentation is completed correctly
- Follow driver working time directive at all times.
Requirements:
- Training provided - Classroom Training 1 day, 4 days driving training (Paid)
- Hold Full UK Digi Cards
- Good Knowledge of working time directive
- Maximum of 6 points on your licence
- Good communication skills
- Held your Class 1 license for a minimum of 2 years
Pay: £15.26 ph
Start Times: Between 15:00pm-21:00pm
