The Role
Are you a Senior, Diagnostic, or Master Technician ready for the next step?
Move beyond the workshop into a Technical Trainer role.
You will deliver high-quality training that equips technicians to work on the latest Volkswagen Group technology.
- Become a Factory Approved Trainer Within 12 Months
- No previous training experience is required.
- Through a structured 12-month development programme, you will receive coaching and factory accreditation to transition from technician to professional trainer, confidently delivering courses across multiple group brands.

What You’ll Do

- Technical qualifications (City & Guilds Level 1–3, NVQ or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle electrics and diagnostics.
