Are you an experienced Data and Compliance Coordinator looking to join a dynamic and growing team in Newbury town centre? Our client, a well-established business in the logistics sector, is expanding their workforce and seeking a reliable individual to coordinate essential data across multiple sites. Pay & Shifts:
£30,500 per annum Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week) 08:00am to 17:00pm
Your Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Data Manager to process daily job packs and consignment notes
- Liaise with PA, Yard Managers, Line Supervisors, and Customers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of outturns
- Manage purchase orders and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems, including certification and risk assessments
- Assist with booking internal and external training courses as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Full UK Driving Licence is beneficial
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, work on your own initiative, and prioritise effectively
