We are looking for motivated Process Operators with longevity, who can work as an integral part of the team, are honest and keen to progress within a company.

Your role will include:
- Working as part of a production team
- Working a rotation of day and night shifts (1 x week of day shifts 6am to 6pm, followed by 1 x week of night shifts 6pm to 6am)
- Operating manufacturing equipment to produce rubber compounds
- Hands‑on milling, including set‑up, banding and cutting to specification
- Loading and unloading internal mixers with consistent batch quality
- Making adjustments on the job to maintain standards
- Opportunity to multi‑skill and learn new processes
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are reliable and honest with good time‑keeping
- Have manufacturing experience, ideally with long and alternating shifts
- Ability to interpret compound specifications and formulation sheets accurately
