Hours: Typically 12:00 pm to 23:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Serve arrival canapes and wedding breakfast dishes in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation, and ensuring a warm and welcoming service to all guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs and serving areas.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during the ‘wedding breakfast’.
