This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, crafting high-quality concrete products to exact specifications.

Key responsibilities:
- Producing bespoke concrete stairs to client specifications with precision and care
- Performing trowel work and finishing concrete surfaces to a high standard
- Safely working at heights using appropriate equipment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
- Operating machinery and tools required in the production process
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in concrete production, trowel work, or a related physical role
- Comfortable and confident working at heights with adherence to safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing a quality finish
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
