Duties include; Answering the telephone and greeting visitors when required, offering excellent customer service Greeting and assisting visitors at the office Booking transport, hotels and events Invoicing and raising purchase orders General admin duties such as photocopying, filing etc Managing stationary and catering stock in the office Complying with GDPR at all times Issuing all invoices to clients via Xero Maintaining stock of stationery and replenishing tea & coffee supplies etc Requirements: IT literate, including Microsoft Office & Excel Organised individual who is keen to learn #J-18808-Ljbffr
