We are currently working with a major supermarket brand, prominently situated on Magna Park. They are looking for temporary to permanent Warehouse Operatives to join their ever-growing team. You’ll receive a great rate of pay with overtime opportunities, along with being treated like a part of the permanent workforce from day one, including benefits. The opportunity offers progression, a good working environment, and secure work across the whole year.

The warehouse is packed with thousands of product lines, mainly ambient goods. Your role is to ensure you pick and organise the right products to make sure they get to the right stores at the right time. It’s a vital part of our client’s supply chain and it makes for fast-moving, busy, and varied work.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Replenishing stock of all shapes and sizes in the warehouse.
  • Picking stock and pulling together deliveries for stores.
  • Using handling equipment (you’ll be fully trained on how to use all the equipment safely and effectively).
  • Using correct manual handling techniques to move items safely.

All we ask is:

  • You’re reliable and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results.
  • You’ll have an enthusiastic approach and try your best to achieve realistic targets.
  • You care about delivering goods to stores ‘on time in full’ to ensure stores have the right stock at the right time.
  • Heavy lifting is involved.

Shifts & Pay: We will try to be flexible on your shifts and your work pattern, you will have a set rota so you can plan ahead. You will be required to work 5 out of 7 days including weekends. Set shift patterns available: 07:00-15:00 (Morning Shift) Paid at £13.27 per hour. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
