Senior Structural Engineer – Midlands

What you’ll do:
Lead structural design from concept to completion
Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and contractors
Carry out site inspections and resolve issues
Prepare technical reports and recommendations
Mentor and guide junior engineers
What you’ll need:
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (ICE/IStructE), or working towards it
At least 5 years’ experience in structural engineering
Proficient in structural analysis software and CAD (Revit a bonus)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
