What you’ll be doing:
- Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally to support the transport team
- Filing and organising paperwork to ensure smooth workflows
- Maintaining and updating transport records and schedules on Google Sheets
- Coordinating communications between drivers, clients, and internal departments
- Assisting with various admin tasks to support daily operations
- Ensuring all documentation complies with company and transport regulations
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in transport or logistics administration is beneficial
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with Google Sheets and general office software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
