Customer Service & Sales Administrator - Hinckley

Our client, a leading provider in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join their Hinckley office. Your key duties will include:
- Processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately using ERP systems
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
- Maintaining sales and customer data within CRM and ERP databases
- Supporting new customer onboarding and providing product guidance
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects such as SOP creation and marketing initiatives
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills with an ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Experience in business administration or sales support roles preferred
- Good IT skills and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Knowledge of billing, credit terms, and transport requirements a bonus
