We’re now hiring a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice to join our award-winning in-house marketing team and learn how to do marketing properly, across every channel that matters.
The role:
- You’ll work closely with our Director of Digital and Innovation and our Graphic Designer, supporting marketing across the whole business.
- This is a hands-on role where you’ll help create content, support campaigns, learn how to measure performance, and build a portfolio of real work.
You don’t need loads of experience. You do need the right attitude, a strong eye for detail, and the motivation to learn fast.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Helping plan, create, and schedule content for social media and internal updates.
- Updating website content and learning the basics of SEO and CMS.
- Writing copy for posts, campaigns, and basic web pages in our tone of voice.
- Pulling performance stats and helping spot what’s working and what’s not.
- Working with branches and stakeholders to gather stories, photos, and updates.
- Keeping content calendars and trackers up to date so activity stays consistent.
