Our client is seeking reliable drivers to operate Class 1 vehicles, primarily trunking to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs). This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, with additional duties as required to support smooth operations.

Key responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle, primarily on trunking routes to RDCs
- Adhere to all health and safety and transport regulations, including daily vehicle checks
- Deliver and collect goods on schedule, maintaining accurate records and paperwork
- Assist with loading and unloading as required, ensuring cargo security
- Report any vehicle defects or safety issues promptly to management
- Maintain professional communication with the operations team and customers
- Flexibility to undertake other duties as needed, supporting overall logistics efficiency
