Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable Parcel Sorters to join their team at Severn Beach, close to Bristol. Key responsibilities

  • Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
  • Scanning parcels using handheld devices to maintain tracking and inventory accuracy
  • Unloading parcels from trailers and preparing them for sorting
  • Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment through regular cleaning duties
  • Working closely with team members to meet daily volume targets and deadlines
  • Demonstrating flexibility with shift patterns depending on workload and business needs

What we’re looking for

  • Ability to work flexible shifts within the 13:00 to 22:30 window
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in scanning and sorting
  • Physical fitness to handle manual tasks such as lifting and unloading parcels
  • Positive attitude and reliability to be a consistent team member
  • Previous experience in parcel sorting or warehouse duties is beneficial but not essential

Shifts

  • Flexible shifts between 13:00 and 22:30, or 16:00 to 22:30, to help you balance work and life commitments
  • Full time – Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday
