We are currently seeking highly motivated and reliable individuals to join our client’s production team in Radstock.
Role Overview:
As a Production Line Operative, you will play a crucial role in the packaging of food products at our client’s facility in Radstock. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the production of high-quality food items.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment on the assembly line to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
- Monitor the production line to ensure products are being packaged correctly, following established quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on packaged food items, identify defects, and report issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Assist in setting up and dismantling production lines for changeovers and maintenance.
- Follow production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and resolve issues.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including quantities, downtime, and quality issues.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills related to production processes.
Requirements:
