We’re looking for a motivated, results‑focused Recruiter to join our Bristol team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, both new and existing, to understand their hiring needs and create attractive adverts.
- Identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, screen thoroughly, and conduct interviews and assessments.
- Manage the end-to‑end recruitment process for temporary and permanent roles, from advertising to placement, ensuring compliance.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets and maintain accurate records in the recruitment software.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar sales environment.
- Experience recruiting for driving roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset focused on achieving targets.
- Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software is a plus.
