What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the night shift team to process incoming deliveries accurately from the hub.
- Oversee stock put-away into dispatch racks with correct labelling and organisation.
- Supervise loading of outbound vehicles, ensuring loads match manifests for multi-drop routes.
- Maintain health & safety standards, including equipment checks and PPE enforcement.
- Provide clear briefings and handovers for smooth team communication.
- Cover Night Shift Manager duties as required, including site opening and operational decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in warehouse, despatch, or logistics roles.
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence (ABA or RTITB accredited).
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet vehicle loading deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to permanent night shifts.
- Desirable: Reach truck licence, distribution knowledge, First Aid certification
