The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have at least two years’ working experience in a supervisory role in traffic management and have the relevant qualifications. Combined with a great work ethic, we are looking for someone who can work unsupervised or as part of a team. They must have a strong commitment to Health and Safety and be flexible within their work hours.
Requirements:
- Valid STMS Level 1 qualification (STMS Level 2 or higher preferred).
- Relevant licenses and certifications, including TC (Traffic Controller) and/or TTM (Temporary Traffic Management) certifications.
- Proven experience in traffic management and site supervision.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic management regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Full, clean driver's license.
