We are currently seeking an Out of Hours Business Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our internationally based clients with their travel arrangements during non-standard hours, ensuring seamless travel experiences and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage travel bookings and reservations for overseas clients, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel itineraries, routes, and accommodations based on client preferences and budgetary constraints.
- Handle inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate complex travel arrangements and special requests for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination-specific information to provide accurate and timely assistance to clients.
- Previous experience as a business travel consultant or in a similar role, preferably with expertise in servicing overseas clients.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and proficiency in using online booking tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Flexibility to work out of hours shifts, including evenings and overnight, but not on weekends.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of geographical locations and travel destinations preferred.
